Co-founder & Managing Partner

Moi is a transactional lawyer with over a decade of experience in Banking & Finance covering both international and Indian domestic markets. 

Moi started her career in a Magic Circle law firm and went on to work for one of India's leading law firms followed by being a senior member of the in-house legal team at one of India's largest private sector bank. 

Her experience covers advising her financial institutions and large corporate clients on transactional and advisory matters in the areas of banking & finance, non-contentious aspects of insolvency & restructuring, contract management and routine credit agreement compliance & risk management issues. 

Co-founder & Mentor

Rahul is a law practitioner with over a decade of experience spanning across litigation and business advisory services. He is an Advocate on Record in the Supreme Court of India and also a Registered Patent Agent.

Rahul regularly represents his clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and other judicial, administrative and regulatory forums on matters covering financial and economic crimes, intellectual property rights and corporate law with a high rate of success. 

He also advises and assists his clients on various aspects of business law, intellectual property rights, contract management and business structuring.
